This is my second time working with Two Men and a Truck and I have been nothing but happy with both experiences. The movers are incredibly helpful and courteous, offer to help more than they would be expected to. Very fast and punctual. Moved in furniture quickly without any problems. Will definitely use services again in the future and appreciate all of the help!!

THe two guys that moved us, Mike and Josh were amazing. THey worked every minute from the time they arrived until we were completely unloaded at our new house. I couldn't have been more impressed with their work ethic and helpfulness. They gave fantastic service!

The Akron office did two moves for us. I believe our daughter in Choicago evaluated the first move. The office staff (James the estimater, JEssica in the office, the box delivery person, people who answered phone) and both sets of movers (John/Anthony and Ben/Jason) were terrific. We would totally recommend them.

Brian James and Donald Ridenour were AWESOME! They truly made the moving experience quick, painless and pleasant. Even though I had intended to only have them move my furniture, they ended up moving the majority of my boxes as well. And even when the bigger boxes were gone, they kept asking if they wanted me to have them load up more. They were so efficient and friendly. When we got to the new house they helped me set up furniture, arrange furniture, etc. Nice, nice young men. And hard workers. I never intend to EVER move again, but should I hear of someone who needs assistance I will definitely be passing along Two Men and a Truck.

The movers I worked with were Marshall and Oszust (I'm not sure if I'm spelling his name properly). They did a wonderful job. They were kind, respectful, and worked quickly to get the job done. They were also very helpful. When I had an item that was fragile, they immediately offered to wrap it in padding and put it in my car for me. I think both gentlemen are great employees.

The movers were very polite, kind, and helpful! They took great care with all of my belongings. I used them last year with my mother's move and had the same results! I will recommend them to my friends.

I strongly recommend that when speaking with customers about the appointment time, speak in terms of the time you will arrive at the customers home.
I was told that I had a choice of a 9AM or 10:30AM appointment. I explained that I had an important appointment that I would have to cancel at 9AM if I accepted one of these appointments. They explained these were all that was available, so I chose the earlier time 9AM.

The movers did not arrive till 10AM, so by the time they did their paper work and got ready it was approximately 10:15AM. Accordingly, I could have scheduled the 10:30 appointment with Two Men & a Truck and would have been able to keep my important appointment that morning that I had to cancel.

Customers don't understand or need to understand how you work with your movers in house. I understand now that all movers show up at 9AM and then are given assignments. Customers just care about what time you are showing up at their homes!!!!

On the positive side, the positive attitude of the movers and their helpfulness is outstanding. Keep training and hiring these kind of people.

I would offer a type of rebate for having everything prepared properly and going with this service, although it is more expensive than many other companies.

I hired this company because I've used them in the past at work to have large office furniture moved. The movers have always been professional, careful and efficient. I will definitely use this company in the future

Your prices were competitive, but the things that sealed the deal were:

1) That the same crew would be packing, loading, and unloading.
2) Your availability was excellent.
3) We didn't have to wait for the truck to be full with other people's stuff and headed our direction.
4) Your sales guy was personable.

Roger and Roderick were stars. They took their time, did a great job packing, and did a wonderful job unloading. If I know of anyone in Ohio who is moving, I will certainly recommend your firm. And later,when things have calmed down from Mother's move, I will give you five stars on yelp. Thank you. Your firm made a difficult time easier.

I was given an estimate and it was not explained that they start their time when they live the shop. I was under the impression it started when they got to the first stop. Worse than that...the pre-move email quoted at $99 an hour and the movers charged $125 an hour. So, it was quite a bit more than expected. I understand the higher rate on Sunday.... But that should have been in my pre-move email as such.
The movers did a great job and made sure things were where I wanted... But the office people made some mistakes that gave me quite a surprise when I was shown the bill.
I do realize that the charging from your door to door was in the move letter... And I did see that before they began, but again, maybe the office needs to factor a bit more time into the estimate to allow for that.
Again, the guys were great. The one was very quiet, but they were both professional.

My only complaint about the move was 2 floor lamps were damagaed. The guys moving me were very professional otherwise.

No major issues, but I wasn't told that the starting time was from the time that the drivers left the store location. Otherwise, it was a fantastic job.

In this day where everyone is quick to complain, I want to praise your company and its representatives. I have always moved myself (6 times) so using your services was new to me. From the initial call, I was told about your services and rates. I had follow up calls and emails to help make the transition smoother.

The two young men that moved my possessions were extremely courteous, professional and friendly without being familiar. They were fast and took every precaution to make sure my home and possessions were safe every step of the way.

Unfortunately, I do not remember their names even though each one introduced himself upon arrival. I am terrible with names, sorry. They moved me on 6/8/13 in Medina, Ohio. Please let them know that because of them, Two Men and a Truck now has a loyal customer and I will highly recommend them and your company any chance I get.

Thank you very much for making what could have been a difficult day go smoothly and at a very reasonable price.

Two Men were great-- moved our baby grand piano at no additional charge and even moved it to a second location for only $100 extra. Our movers, Mike and Walt, did a wonderful job with our move. They were so polite and worked SO hard. I needed them to move our stuff in on Sat night rather than Sunday like they had planned b/c I was flying back to Cleveland Sunday morning, and they were totally accomodating and moved us till 11:30 pm. Mike, especially, was very professional and worked like a dog! Our stuff seems undamaged. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again and recommend them.

Great job. Loren was terriffic, he really I a professional. Patrick made the paperwork easy to get through. Alex was always professional and made sure everything that was suppose to go went. All three were super professional and I would recommend the same crew to anyone I know and anyone I don't know.

The Akron Two Men and a Truck office is great. Everyone is very helpful, professional and polite. Sklar and Cole handled the unloading of our truck great! Despite the terrible packing done by two men and a truck in Nashville, TN. They noticed all the damages and provided assistance with how to file a claim. They were great and fast!

other than a broken knob on my washer(which they are going to fix) the move was flawless.don't know why they charge time out and back, which doesn't seem fair.
